How do I place an order?

Simply call, email or fax us your order, preferably from a day in advance to ensure accuracy and timeliness. We will pick it and deliver it to you.




 What are the delivery times?

Currently we deliver 4 days a week; Tuesday, Thursday (8:30am- 12pm and 6:30pm-10:00pm), Saturday (8am-8pm) and Sunday (10am-5pm).  

 

 What are the fees?

 There is a 15% surcharge on every order.Orders that require multiple shopping locations (within a 5 mile radius),  will be an additional $3.50 charged for each pick up location                  

             

            
 What are the methods of payment?

 We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover)

           
 

 What is the minimum order?

 The minimum order is $100.00



 Can I purchase alcohol, lottery or cigarettes?

Due to Florida Statues, we are unable to currently deliver these items.

 


 Can coupons be applied to an order?

Yes coupons can be used. Upon delivery of your item we will reduce your order amount by the coupon value. We will also look for coupon

opportunities and apply them in advance in addition to your coupons. Only 1 coupon can be used per item



 When placing an order how specific do I have to be?

  Please be as specific as possible. Example: brand, pack size, weight and dollar range.
 

   

Do you substitute items that might not be available?

 This is done per customer request and the substitution brand preference must me stated. Otherwise, it is customary for Upstream Deliveries to substitute a lesser expensive brand so as to save you more money.  
                      

 Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Yes. This ensures that you receive exactly what you ordered at the agreed price.
