Welcome to Upstream Deliveries Terms and Agreement Section! Like any company, we must supply full terms and conditions to protect our customers and our company. Below you will find detailed legal terms and agreements of our service.


This Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Upstream Deliveries. (USD) that states the terms and conditions under which you may receive the  Upstream Deliveries service and use www.upstreamdeliveries.com. If you use the UpStream Delivery service or www.upstreamdeliveries.com , you agree to these terms and conditions.


 UpStream Deliveries Service and Website. The UpStream Delivery service is a transaction, information and communication service available to authorized users ("customers") who access www.UpStreamdeliveries.com USD currently provides an online grocery shopping and delivery service, and may in the future provide additional shopping and related services.

 

All orders require a credit card to be provided before the order can be fulfilled. The credit card will not be charged until the goods have been delivered to its destination, and signed for. An alternate credit card can be used to finalize the transaction.

 

All order content will be delivered in its original packaging from the grocery/retail store. When processing the order the UD associate will ensure that there are no evident defects to any goods, and all expiration dates will be verified. If there is a recall issued by the Department of Agriculture, or the grocery chain, UD will retrieve the recalled items from you, and process the exchange for a flat fee of $10.

 

UD indemnifies itself from any and all legal responsibility for any items that are deemed defective as a result of the actions/inactions of the manufacturer or grocery store chain (this includes recalls).

 

Orders can be cancelled once the processing of the order has not begun. We ask that you call at least 2 hours in advance of expected arrival time to cancel any order. All orders have to be signed for at delivery location.  Orders will not be left unattended at the door or any where else.

 

Once items are delivered, the original receipt will be provided, as well as a separate UD invoice. The UD associate will not wait for the customer to unpack grocery items from bags.

 

Exchanges will be processed based on any damages resulting from the delivery process, or if there are any inaccuracies in the order processing.
