At Upstream Deliveries our top priority is to provide our customers with an effective and efficient delivery service that reflects convenience and value. The process is seamless; simply place an order by phone, email, fax, or by using our web site. Our mobile application will soon be available for customer use for most smart phone devices.
All our customers have to do is relate to us exactly what groceries they need and we will deliver them on time from the grocer(s) of their choice. In order to ensure a timely and accurate delivery, we do request that orders be placed at least one day in advance of the expected delivery date so that adequate preparation can be made. However, we do understand that sometimes our customers will need immediate service; therefore we happily offer expedited grocery delivery for an additional fee.
Upstream Deliveries applies the highest safety standards when transporting customer merchandise. We have the highest regard for your time and value it greatly; therefore we have an on time delivery guarantee. To ensure that our customers receive the freshest possible ingredients, we do not hold food items for an extended period of time. We package all produce appropriately for transport and utilize temperature safeguards in order to ensure freshness.
